While it is dependent on the size of the home, as a general rule, once all the decisions have been made around your design and plans, and council approval has been obtained, we can complete your build within 24 - 26 weeks. Every detail of your build will be pre-arranged, providing the information required to accurately determine your build time. This will be included in your contract and protected by our Build Time Guarantee.
