Homes4you are looking to establish in other areas of Tasmania & Australia we are looking for reputable licenced builders or persons that either have or can obtain a building licence to become a 50% joint partner with Homes4you.The opportunity would ideally suit an existing licenced builder or a carpenter than can obtain a building licence to establish a new building company or improve an existing building company that is struggling to compete in the local market.Homes4you will form a 50/50 partnership with the chosen builder and supply operational support, proven building procedures and branding.We will work together to assist with operational support & procedures, supply over 90+ floor plan & brochures, working drawings, Multi Media Marketing etc.You will be required to trade exclusively under the homes4you banner.You will be given rights to an exclusive area utilising our branding, proven systems & procedures and the use of  our keenly negotiated buying prices to help the company compete in the local area.
